Ann Curry

Ann Curry has worked as a journalist for 45 years. Her focus is on natural disasters and areas of war. She met her mother during the time she was being with her dad in Japan following World War II. As a result of her father's active military duty, the family frequently moved. Curry completed her high school at Ashland Oregon. Curry graduated in 1978 with the degree of Bachelor's in Journalism in the University of Oregon. She moved back into Los Angeles four years later working as a journalist at KCBS TV. The time she worked with this channel for seven years that she earned the two Emmy Awards.
