Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. In 2017, she was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In the span of a year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after the duration of six years, in order to complete her university. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. She also won four fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. At the show, she finished third. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. The competition was among the best. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. The first step is warming up before going onto work out sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. One way to achieve this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. Four or three supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
